Caroline was born and raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico. She graduated with degrees in psychology and communication from New Mexico State University. Caroline is involved in many civic and volunteer-based organizations such as Rotary Club of Las Cruces, Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce as the Chair of the Ambassadors, Las Cruces Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Amigos – Chamber Ambassador, a board member for the Dona Ana County Humane Society, and more. 

She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dogs Maddie and Frank Sinatra.
